This project translates the brand’s bold statement about its artifact luxury into an immersive architectural experience, where heritage and contemporary craft blend to form a modern sanctuary.
With sacred feeling and architectural richness of the medieval era, this project reinterprets a sanctuary-like atmosphere within a contemporary framework. The design narrative is built around bold arch forms that echo the architecture of ancient sanctuary spaces, while the material palette lends a modern character to the structure.
Bold wooden profiles bring warmth and density; on the other hand, noir undertones lend emotional depth to the space. This color choice affects both the architecture and the furniture. The furniture is designed with a similar medieval influence, creating unity and depth across the interiors.
Fragmented marble surfaces act as a contemporary skin layering the space with a sense of encapsulation. Stitched details, which are found on the display units, are drawn from traditional handmade quilts, blending nostalgia with craftsmanship and transforming the familiar into something new.
In private rooms, stained glass elements inspired by medieval glass ornaments creates a dreamy and ethereal atmosphere—an intricate dialogue between light and ornament, past and present.
The facade of the store is also an eye-catching, well-crafted element. It consists of two layers: the first is an overcall mesh-like structure derived from the brand’s own products; the second is a layer of black blown glass, produced in collaboration with a team of craftsmen.
The result is a space that feels both ancient and imaginative: a modern fane shaped by memory, actual, and myth.
